I am looking to issue more stock. I'm talking here about a c-corp, Delaware. The question I have is:

what forms do I need to file with the dos? do I simply file an ammednment to the articles of incorporation?

what do i need to do on my end in terms of board meetings, resolutions, etc.?

what do i need to do on my end in terms of stockholders meetings, resolutions, etc.?

Anything else I need to know (other than the filing fee will vary, I already figured that one out with DE)
