I am helping a friend of mine put together a business proposal and am looking for good references, tutorials, or samples that I can refer to for ideas (on how to structure the proposal, what to avoid, etc.).The ideas is similar to putting vending machines in a large business, that gets a lot of traffic. My friend would maintain the machines, etc. and give the business a certain percentage of the profits. Any advice?
