Hi everybody!

I am about to hire a non american employee in New Jersey. I have to sponsor him and I have to choose between 2 subscription options within the embassy: premium processing (15 days of processing time; cost: 1185$) or regular processing (2 to 5 months of processing time; cost: 185 US$). The problem is that the deadline to send all the documents is 2 weeks before october 1st 2004. My question is: suppose I choose the regular processing option before september 15th and the embassy gives me an answer after 4 month which is "you have to give us additional information". Then when I will send the additional information, I will have to wait again several weeks but will I still be eligible to receive my H1B visa for this year?

Last question: the person I want to hire is a student. Can he work for my company anyway during the visa processing time?
