This student is here legally of course. He has a student visa (F).

The visa I mentioned is a classic H1B visa. But for the process method, there is 2 options : premium or regular processing. The main concern here is the process speed. But at the end, the visa is a classic H1B one. I heard about this option through lawyers.

Now working without a visa is clearly illegal. I was just wondering if this person could work for my company as a student (with a student visa)
