We use Vonage for our VOIP service and we are pretty happy with them. We do not use them as much as you do and we have had them for probably about eighteen months. And with their referral service, we have probably received ten months for free. BroadVoice seems pretty good as well if you call that many countries.

I am on a number of forums and I have never heard anyone complain of getting shut off because they called and spoke way too much and with as much as people tend to complain on forums, I am guessing I would have seen that at least once.
