I have the same problem essentially...I need a fulfillment company to store and then ship my reference books as I fax/e-mail/upload the orders I receive.

In general, how much would I have to pay per item? Is the charge a flat fee, or an incremental/percentage type, based on the price, size, weight, etc.?

Do smaller, mom and pop fulfillment companies exist, or is it all big companies?
