This is what I do... I deal mostly with small to medium sized call centers. To be honest I've had a few customers try out the VOIP phones and they didn't like them. So they ended up going back to their normal lines. It all depends on how many minutes your going to use.. I can get you a rate around 1.7 cents, maybe lower depending on your volume. We would need to install a LD T-1 though. I can run a loop quote for you if you want, to see what that would cost at your location.
