You'll have to finance the import and handle customs and delivery but the idea is that you'll buy a large stock (container) and this will result in very cheap per-unit cost. You should proceed by selling the stock to multiple vendors in your area. They will pay per-item 2-5 times as much as you paid since each one of them buys only a small quantity.
