Im currently a w-2 employee and a part time biz owner eventially looking to make that full time biz owner.

1 of my stumbling blocks is medical/dental insurance. The company im with has a good plan, however once i transition out of the company Ill lose them or have to pay expensive cobra coverage.

Can anyone help me with this issue such as were to look, costs etc?
As my biz is growing, Id like to have confidence that that final frontier from w-2 to full time biz owner is covered.
