what is worrying you? i would think the main problem would be are their enough locals to make it work.... another really hard thing would be the rigid time it would take....no p.j. selling....

our store sure can sell more than a site and so much easier...its so nice when someone comes in and buys 30 items, mostly impulse...or at least unplanned... probably a store would need lots more inventory and sales to cover its expenses than a site....
i rarely buy on line...i love to see what im buying ...except for books ...
