As far as electronic signing, I have not really figured that out. I have seen some companies say that by clicking here you agree to it. Some make you put your initials. And one company that I worked with - well they made you type your name in six times.

I wuld say usually electronic signing is valid - most people / companies are reocgnizing that as a legal way of business. Personallly, I would have it on my website and have them fill in a few blanks. I would not really rely on email at for that.
