Are you talking a franchise or independent store? I did part-time Donino's delivery for couple months a couple of years ago. I have a friend that has a pizza shop and know his friends that have shops. Pizza shops are getting very competitive just look around your area---how many in a 2 mile radious. The CHEESE is getting expensive. I believe that mark-up on pizza is good-cost 25-30% in food-chese, dough etc...boxes...
Let us know what your looking at doing. If your going to deliver it would be good to be close to college or university or large corp. center. Be prepaired to work long hours.
