Two schools of thought for pizza.

1) Great pizza sold at a premium.
2) So-So pizza sold cheap.

If you can do Great Pizza sold cheap, then you will have no problem with business; I can imagine that profits would be quite slim.

Honestly decide which you are going to be. It will affect your choice of suppliers, equipment, menu items, etc.
