Lawsuits & Female Employees
Here's something that anyone starting a new business should be aware of that I learned about the hard way: 1 in 3 small businesses are hit with a lawsuit each year and many of these businesses are forced to go out of business because they cannot absorb a massive out of court settlement or the attorney and court costs. Why are so many businesses, large or small hit with lawsuits each year? The vast majority of these suits are frivilous- usually some kind of issue based on sex or race, descrimination, etc., but the vast majority of these are 'sexual harassment' cases. How do you avoid the problem? Don't hire women. Simple. Men don't file sexual harassment lawsuits-does this sound sexist? Yes, it does, but what is more important, political correctness or the survival and success of your company? Female employees are unreliable anyway- plus they demand preferencial treatment, they're work-shy and demand 'flexi-hours.' More and companies of any size are suspicious of especially young women coming into the workforce because they have learned from experience that female employees will suddenly quit to have a baby. Be smart.
