Given your attitude it wouldn't surprise me if someone did sue you. I'll go even further and say you would deserve it considering how you think.
How about instead simply treating your employees with respect, no matter what their sex, race, religion, etc. Some people might sue you, but if you've done nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about.
Women are pretty amazing where I'm concerned. Some of the best and the brightest I've seen have been women. Some of the best and brightest have been men too. They've been of different races and religions and come from different cultures and have had all sorts of differences.
Instead of lumping all people into obvious groups why not treat them for the unique and valuable indivduals they all are. Treat people with respect and they in turn will treat you with respect. You will find good and bad people in any group classification. If we were to all apply the same characterstics of a single individual to every group they could possibly belong to then we must all be idiots as business owners since we can be identified in the same group as you.
Please don't come back again until you can bring an attitude with you that belongs in the 21st century and not the 12th century.
