<Given your attitude it wouldn't surprise me if someone did sue you. I'll go even further and say you would deserve it considering how you think.>

Right. It's just me. I guess you weren't paying attention, or you don't pay attention to what happens statistically to 1 in 3 businesses across the country.

<How about instead simply treating your employees with respect, no matter what their sex, race, religion, etc. Some people might sue you, but if you've done nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about.>

You clearly know nothing about the lawsuit/false accusation industry and are extremely naive.

<Women are pretty amazing where I'm concerned. Some of the best and the brightest I've seen have been women. Some of the best and brightest have been men too. They've been of different races and religions and come from different cultures and have had all sorts of differences.>

You've never owned or ran your own business or have never even worked in middle management for any other company, I can tell. So therefore your opinion means nothing.

<Instead of lumping all people into obvious groups why not treat them for the unique and valuable indivduals they all are. Treat people with respect and they in turn will treat you with respect.>

That's very philosophical in a Sesame Street kind of way. What are you, a bumper sticker? (Ha)

<You will find good and bad people in any group classification. If we were to all apply the same characterstics of a single individual to every group they could possibly belong to then we must all be idiots as business owners since we can be identified in the same group as you.>

Thanks for the kindergarten lesson, Captain Kangaroo.

<Please don't come back again until you can bring an attitude with you that belongs in the 21st century and not the 12th century.>

That's ironic, because the females that loiter in the workplace today are a direct result of Feminist culture driving the federal laws to legally force women into the workplace. Business knows what it needs, and if there had ever been a demand for women, then business would have done it on it's own. Anytime you have to legally force your way into anything, it's a sure sign that you are not wanted or needed, and Feminism is as outdated as tie-dye t-shirts and the homeless, toothless hippies still hanging around San Francisco. You're the one that needs to catch up to the 21st Century and pull your head out of a goofy and idiotic movement from the 1960's. Forcing women on employers has been a disaster and a nightmare, and as a result, the U.S. is becoming a joke in the new global economy, because most businesses in other countries are based on a traditional male model and therefore much more efficient and successful. If you ever do run a business, it will fail, guaranteed.
