No investors. I'm not looking to put together a formal business plan, rather a proposal that goes to the managers of the facility. They are interested already apparently, but it would be helpful to have something professional that can be presented to them that lays out the details and how they will benefit.

I'm sure we can put together something on our own, but was hoping to have something that will give us some guidance or an example of how something like this might be structured. I am envisioning a powerpoint presentation, but also a hard copy that can be provided that puts the details in writing.
