Have you seen where they arrested the owner of 'sportsbet on a layover in new york and there are extradition orders for the other two guys still pending? Let me give you a word of advice, if you're going to steal an idea and make a business out of it, pick something a little less risky. As to the other questions:
Wish limit is 500,000.00 per month, non-transferable, no cash equivilent.
Group limit is set at 200,000 members in the draw. Once the 200,000 are in, the group closes, no new members messing with your odds. Winners picked monthly after group closes.
We've changed the group to a 12 month cycle down from the 3year. Still the best odds of any gambling/lottery game you'll ever play.

And if someone "wishes" to shut us down, they'll have to work really really hard at it.
