Got a tricky questions for y'all. If one uses their cheque guarentee card up to 5 times in a month, and they obviously have no money in the account, how will the retailer identify this user if he goes for more spending sprees...with still no money in his account?????
My guess is, the retailer can't find out or stop the user!!

This is an agrument with a friend........I want to get to the bottom of it maybe with your help...
