How to systemize my staff meetings

I’m looking to systemize my staff meetings so that they can run on auto pilot and nearly any staff member of my team can run them. The other problem is that a need them to be a productive experience where the team learns to bond and build their knowledge.
So far in my system I have got a WIFLE (What I feel Like Expressing) session and that seems to be working well.
I sometimes go over various sales skills and training related to our industry but have the problem of making that productive and it’s very hard to put on auto pilot.
Does anybody have any advice on how I should systemize my meetings?
