Individual or Company?

Hey all. I'm wanting to start up a small web design/development business, and there has been one question bugging me.

I'm not sure whether to operate from behind a company (Oven Roast designs), or to operate as a freelance individual and just operate as me (Geoffrey Garbers, etc.)

Any help at all is really appreciated. Thanks!
