Definitely things that've been listed here. My wife and I collect refrigerator magnets from cities and states we visit. Some friends of mine have a teddy bear with a Las Vegas t-shirt on it. They take it with them whenever they go on a trip, and they buy pins for wherever they go, and pin it onto the shirt. That sucker's full of pins!
My aunt's a world traveler, she buys little 4 inch plates to hang on the wall.
Now, for my own sales pitch, which I think would fit right in for you. I have a mug, that's made out of plastic made from corn. It's available in various colors, but it has a little card in it, explaining how it's made from corn plastic, instead of petroleum based plastic. Corn plastic is MUCH more dense than normal plastic, and a bit heavier, so it's a solid mug. Then we can put a picture of the front of your building with the lake behind it, or just the lake with text underneath. I'd make sure to at least add "brought to you by green oaks antiques" or something. I can get them drop shipped to you at a price conducive to reselling. The price gets EXTREMELY good on a second order, because there's no art charge or set up fee.
