Any tips or advice on this? I am changing my name from Taylor's Sports Products to Taylor's Nutrition due to the fact that I am no longer selling sports equipment and feel that the new name will better fit what I sell. Anyone have any suggestions or experience on this and what I may have to do. I am now a sole prop. and planning on changing to Inc. to protect myself and my family from any legal issues. You won't actually be changing names. When you incorporate, that will be a completely new entity. I think there's some paperwork you can file to notify the powers that be that you are no longer operating under a FBN.
