Default fortune in window cleaning

I’m tired of working for someone else and simply wanted a better life. I had family to support and the typical 9 to 5 just wasn't cutting it. I’m getting tired of my efforts making someone else rich. I knew there had to be a low cost service I could start that didn't require a lot of skill or start up capital. I don’t have much money and I needed a working business fast. I knew if I put the same effort into my venture as I did at my job I would be doing great in no time. I tried several business ideas in the past but most simply required too much time and money to get going.

The fact is, I tried and failed roughly 18 different business ideas. In a last ditch attempt at being self employed I tried commercial and residential window cleaning after seeing a man clean a storefront in 4 minutes and go collect $15. I walked up to him and asked about his profession. He then told me he makes $115,000 a year cleaning windows! It didn't take long to decide I wanted to try it and in four weeks I was working full time cleaning windows.

Nice to be here in these forum and hope to meet new friends and entreprenuers and share new business ideas

Welcome,
How long ago did you start this business? IMHO, if the guy told you 115 000/yr, it could be that he has been in the business a really long time and has established loyal clientelle, or he could be plain out lying, so if i were you i would research this venture well, and look at potential custopmers, and if they already have an established window washer doing their windows. Hope it works out for you, cuz 4 sure you can make money but there is stiff competition.

Yes i know theres really a stiff competition and I'm glad we are able to cope up., thats why we are continiously outsourcing, and stay on top as much as possible. So far i could say its has been a lucrative your for me. Anyways thanks man for the comment.
