I am researching into the importance of quality models within outsourcing deals as part of my dissertation for my degree. As part of this research I have created an online questionnaire.
I am looking at all aspects of outsourcing, from a vendor and customer perspective. I would appreciate a small business point of view, hence why I am posting here. So if any of you have any experience of quality models could you please take some time to complete it?
