The question which many online businessmen or customer is what exactly is MLM. The answer is as follows :
MLM is multi level marketing is a kind of a referral marketing where you put more emphasis upon the recruiting and developing your distributors and its channel. To join this channel you have to become a customer first i.e buy the products and sell them directly to the consumers as well as find other distributors who will buy these products from you and sell it to others and at the same time continue to expand the chain.
Most of the MLM schemes have been failures due to the lack of proper planning and faulty pyramid scheme where commissions are based on the number of distributors recruited.
