I think if you are working at home, you need to have an area specifically set aside where you can work uninterupted.

You also need to get into a routine whereby you work in your "office" area, and then take breaks in other parts of your house. These are really mind games, but are helpful in keeping you focused.

I can work at home easily . Just leave away from your family in a distant city and switch off yuor phones. No one will u disturb you that way. You have to be honest with urself if u want to work at home

At my previous home, I had a large 80 foot garden and installed a "Home Office" there. It worked quite well for me ast it had a great view of the garden, internet access, electricty and heat and even a burgular alarm. The beauty of working in it was that I could lock the door at the end of the day. As it was out in the garden, it stopped me working late at night.

Sadly, now that I have a study in the house, I tend to work all hours!

When working at home lot of disturbances are there to deviate from the work. The main thing is TV and uninvited sales men or sales girls knocking the door one by one. If it is office, no such problems but, we cant move anywhere except the toilet or canteen to have tea. But, if you are involved in your work there is no problem at all where ever you are!

Default dont work at home

The reason its called work is becaue it should be done some where other than ur home. At home u should relax, if u worked at home ud constantly be thinking about working, u could go insane. Unless its something u enjoy ALOT.
