Default Bank or Credit Unions

Where do you prefer doing your banking -- at a bank or a local credit union?

My experience is that credit unions charge an arm and a leg for business customers and business accounts are best at any bank. Many are starting to create free checking and savings accounts for businesses with a low volume of transactions, but many (like Bank of America) don't seem like they're going to start doing that soon.

Also, while we're at it -- what are you paying for your checking account (if there are fees)?

Currently I bank at Citizens Bank (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland) and it's free (for one year), than $19.00 a month. I don't plan on keeping my account there.
