What have you and your family done to make your business a success?
I am about to start my own business. I have a day job that has agreed to let me work a 7on-7off situation which is great.
I have a wife and a infant.
This is our plan and may not work for others but it's what we will do in order to make our business a success.
My wife and daughter will move in with her parents which are 3 hours away.
Once the lease on our three bedroom apartment ends, I will take a small apartment in the range of $455-$600.
I have put in about 20k of our savings into the venture and am praying it works.
It will be hard on the family but my wife and I believe tht it's best to do it now while our daugher is an infant, rather than later when she needs a fathers support. Though in my mind, she needs me now.
