I am looking for an international payment tool to pay my supplier in Euro. The idea would be to avoid any banking fees. Is it possible? What tool should I used? Can I use an International check or anything like this?

Does your supplier accept credit cards or maybe even Paypal? What has your supplier suggested?

I believe my supplier accepts VISA but not paypal. But isn't it dangerous to provide him with my visa card information?

No it would not really be dangerous to provide your credit card details. If her would abuse the information and over charge your credit card then you could simply get a charge back from the credit card company or bank in question.
