I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask this or if anyone can even help me. In April, I did some work for a company, as well as, did a few of my family members. We completed this company's work and they have never paid us. We have tried repeatedly to contact them through email, and they are ignoring us. If you can ever get through on their phone #, all it is is voice mail. My share is only $50, but total they owe us over $1000. I am not sure if we have waited too long on this, or if anyone knows of a lawyer that may send them a letter for free, something to scare them and get them to pay us. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
