Ok. I created a Sub-S Corp with 3 other partners a couple years ago and I abandonded the company around last August. I need to dissolve the corporation. How can I go about doing this easily?

Do a simple google search for the required form from your respective state.

If you were in the state where I'm located, Massachusetts, you'd follow this:

This, I found by going to the state's website, www.mass.gov and going to the Corporations Division, and searching for "dissolution" which is the technical term for ending a corporation. You can probably find something like that by doing a similar search at your state's website.
