Default Marketing Referal Plan

Like so many businesses, December is my hottest month for sales. I'm thinking about soliciting a marketing campaign that opens up referal fees to the public. Anyone that either refers someone that joins or joins themselves.

The referal schedule looks like this:
$9,995 (Level IV) I will pay $1000 referal fee;
$5,000 (Level III) I will pay $500 referal fee;
$2,000 (Level II) I will pay $100 referal fee;
$1000 (Level I) I will pay $50 referal fee.

I don't know of anyone that is providing this sort of compensation to non-company representatives. This offer would not only be open to the public, but for profressional recruiters and marketing agencies.

What do you think?

Does your website generate any sales?
What kind of shape is it in traffic wise?
You may be better off spending that money attracting a larger audience.

A referal program is only as good as the amount of people that know about it

It looks to me like a pyramid scheme.

Am I wrong?

nope ad-vice_man, I thought the same when I went to their site. no nav and asking you if you want money right on the home page smells very scamy.

Please do me a favor and check out this fantastic new online company I found where you can network and socialize with like minded people, advertise any product or business for free, and be matched with other people seeking the same benefits. You'll also receive a free training course -it's great!
