There are plenty of good books on the subject that can be had for under $20. It's not brain surgery and I'm sure you can do a fine job of it yourself.

The Ultimate Sales Letter by Dan S. Kennedy is a fantastic example of just such a book. I highly recommend it.

You'll find the good copy writers won't work for a reduced rate.

In my opinion, a good copy writer is worth their weight in gold.

Try a different approach; ask for quotes and samples. Then choose the best you can afford.

A) after working with hundreds of clients on hundreds and hundreds of ad campaigns and marketing initiatives I can tell you that every business in america from Walmart to your local streetcorner flower vendor is "on a very limited budget" NOONE has an unlimited budget to do everything...

B) From a risk / reward standpoint, your offer places all the risk on the writer and all the reward on yourself... I can understand why you'd set it up that way but I hope you'll understand why any professional writer would pass it over out of hand.
