Default Please share your various marketing campaigns

Hello,

Just would like to gain more insights and advise on the various methods of your marketing campaigns and your returns.

For example;

Direct Mailers- how much you spent and your profits return?
Internet Marketing- Amt. spent and profits returns?
Mass fax and Email-
Advertising-
Telemarketing -
Others

Please do share if any, what other areas of marketing besides those mentioned that help to generate sales for yur company?

Thanks

this information really would not do you much good. This type of information is very industry specific.

Even inside industries this information would vary wildly. I am a printer (more of a print broker). Now if I am targeting banks I would have to spend much higher amounts to get into their office than I would if I was selling cheap BC's. The post card I send out to 1000 micro businesses would be very effective but if I sent those same post cards to 1000 banks I would get 0 response (or is it responce?).

good luck

Personally I haven't used any other means of advertising than Internet marketing. Maybe this is because of the services my company provides.

I would strongly suggest that you avoid any mass fax/mass email/telemarketing methods. Especially mass emailing. There is enough spam already in our inboxes and we don't need more for sure.

If your products/services can be sold online, then I would suggest you opt for Internet marketing. With 80% of all Internet traffic being sent via search engines, I think no sane person can ignore them.

What is best about Internet marketing, is that you can get results for free (unless you consider that time is money). There are hundreds of resources out there which provide insight on how to get the most out of your marketing methods.

It also makes your company visible to targetted audiences. However it is not that easy to do it, and needs commitment on your part. In the end I think it will provide you with better results than any other marketing method (provided you have a site that can sell, top search engine ranking for the target keywords, etc.)

Happy New Year!
