Ok I'm thinking of moving my freelance apps, info etc.. online so that i'm not restricted to my computer at home.

Anyone use any others or can suggest any that I should have

I find Netvibes (.com) very useful. I can have one tab with all the news feeds I need to monitor, another with to do lists, another with notes, etc. You can also integrate your Box.net account and access it right there in Netvibes. And you can have a tab with a Meebo account to monitor your IM accounts.
All in all, quite handy.

Have you thought about Microsoft Office Live?
