Remember people only give a website 4 seconds. That logo has really got to work for you. At the moment it is really weak.

Is it the babies on the left? You'd probably need to connect them in some way with the font (so that customers will readilly associate the name with the image and vice-versa). Even just move them closer.

Is it just the font by itself with no device? That'll make it terribly difficult for you to build brand-awareness.

Aside: Was the site made with Front Page?
