It seems like whenever I see ads for affiliate programs, it's always on that product's site or in their newsletter. (Do you send out a newsletter?)
I just Googled for -- market OR sell + affiliate -- and got 14,300,000 listings. And you couldn't find anything worthwhile that way? Hmmm...
Then I wondered if any of those sites had newsletters so I Googled for -- "affiliate program" + directory + newsletter -- and got 561,000. Might be worth snooping around.
Next I Googled for -- track + ad -- to see if your ad came up in the first page of listings or in the AdWords. <hint><hint>
What about advertising it to your current happy customers? Did you try that? If so, what kind of response did that get?
One thing that might be of interest...
When I was trying to improve my other site (online store), I searched for info on that and landed on an article which was more of a glowing review of Ken Evoy's SiteSell! (HUGE!) ebook set -- but the kicker was, the writer was an affiliate, and it's no secret that Ken Evoy has a sweet affiliate program. So it appeared to me that the writer submitted his review to various places just to score some $$ on the affiliate program.
Which goes back to how powerful (and free!) submitting articles on helpful topics to places where your target customer will find them and including your URL in the byline to drive lots of traffic to your site.
