I am looking to start an Affiliate Online Business and searching for a company who can provide me Pre Designed Templates to choose and create website. I really don’t know how to start as I’m a newbie, so please suggest me some good website designing companies, keeping in mind the economical aspect. Thanks!

You could always start with http://www.templatemonster.com/ they have a lot of templates. If you do not like those then just search for templates on google. If you are looking to start a blog a would try out wordpress.
