I'm starting an LLC in NJ and planned on using an online LLC kit. Should I be my own registered agent, or should I use a service. The company is a small building company. Any advice is appreciated.

Just go to the IRS website, call the EIN dept. # and they will walk you through the form and immediately give you your Number over the phone. Companies charge $75 to $200 to do what you can do in 10 minutes, yourself!
