Let me preface my question by saying that I am currently in the real estate market with a focus on hotels. Our management team includes an attorney who handles all of our real estate transactions. During each closing a title company has to be involved. I have dealt with attorneys who have a title company in their offices and I think it is a good idea. I have been searching for more information on opening a franchised title company but can't find much information online.

Has anyone done this before or have any additional information that can be useful?
