My wife's website that I webmaster, gets roughly 35,000 sessions a month. Translating into qualified leads, around 4 to 5 thousand a month. Another couple thousand of those will buy in 2 to 3 months, and about another 1000 in 4 to 6. The problem is that she doesn't have enough buyer agents to work them. Aside from running ads in the newspaper and posting on forums, anyone have any ideas of what I can do to help get her more team members?

Have you looked into any advertising possiblities in the local real estate market, i.e. association newsletters or mailing to all licensed realtors in the area. Make sure you accurately describe the opportunity. I know you listed an ad, but it read like a classified ad. Why don't you try a display ad instead.
