Default Important Question Guys

Hey guys, a partner of mine is doing a promotion to "sales companies," with all commission employees. And I was wondering, do you guys know of a good list of "types" of sales companies, with all commissoned employees?

The ones that come to my mind so far are:

1. Real Estate Sales Firms
2. Insurance
3. Mortgage
4. Car Dealerships

Can you guys give me some more "types" of companies. I know some of you will say to yourselves, "Well everybody sells!" But I'm looking more for a type of sales company that would have a staff of all commissioned sales people...besides the ones I have listed, can you guys think of some more?

Route sales, such as route food sales (bread, chips, pastry, etc.) have route salesman that generally derive the bulk of their incomes from commission.

Pharma companies have large contingents of commissioned salespeople.

Photo copier companies..

Most broadcast companies do, however they usually give their new sales reps a "salary guarantee" for a limited time to get them started. As the new rep builds their list, they drop the guarantte off gradually or cut it off completely in favor of straight commissions. Time frame for the guarantees varies from 90 days, to a year.

I hope by P.O.S you mean "Point of Sale" - Systems Salespeople and Not " Piece of $H##" Sales People

Although I have met quite a few of the latter.

Some Whitegoods or Electrical stores operate more so on commission then salary, but i think usually do a combination of both.

The other one that comes to mind is possible mobile phones sales.

Telemarketing Companies.

Wholesalers and Distributors depending on there market may go down this route as well.

There probably isnt a given in any industry, i mean you will always find a company bucking the trend and doing it differently to others in the same industry.
