I'm always leary about flyers stuck in my door, mailbox, under the windshield wiper. It makes me think that they're not too successful.

The cost of full color 2-sided posts cards is such that making a favorable first impression with a quality piece should be considered. Your prospects with future plans but no immediate need may be more likely to place it under a magnet on the fridge. Good luck.

I ordered 500 postcards last night and delivered a dozen flyers to a local Real Estate office today. The flyers were well received. It probably didn't hurt that I toured a house with a realtor from that office earlier in the day.

Getting flyers out to real estate offices is a great idea. I'd cultivate the real estate agents as much as possible. People really depend on their agents for recommendations. If you network and form some relationships in the real estate community, a lot of work could come your way.
