I've developed a website especially for real estate agents. This site will allow them to easily log on and update their websites, adding new objects for rent/sale.

The site will be available in three different versions depending on their needs, with the more expensive sites having ability to search functions, several pictures on one object and more.

The problem is I live in Finland, and for obvious reasons I would have a hard time selling this site to customers in the US and Canada. That is why I'm looking for someone to sell my site over on the other continent.

Estimated price for this website would be around 2000 usd for the basic site up to around 3000 usd for the most advanced one.

I would be willing to pay $300 per basic site sold to anyone who is interested. Might become a good salary for those who are good to talk and do business

Daniel, it's my understanding that there are some pretty decent Open Source programs for Real Estate agents that are low cost or even FREE [Open Realty, Mambo, etc.]

Other than web design, what is different about your program that justifies the price?

No offense, but the reason you're not getting a great response is because this isn't an advertising directory.

If you wanted help fine tuning your offering, or figuring out how to market or price it, thats one thing....finding people to buy it on here, well thats entirely different (and not even within the rules of the forums).

SalesPractice comes with an interesting question though. Even though there is open source code available (which is free for all) for sites like this, they will most likely have to be modified to work the way you want them to. Not everyone knows how to do this, and those who do will still put down a significant amount of time in getting it to work the way they want it to.

If you go to an established web design company in your area I dont think there are many of them who could offer a price lower than what I'm asking for a site similar to this. There is open source code available for almost anything you can think of nowadays, but you hardly ever find exactly what you're looking for.

You might not agree with me on all points, but making a site like this does take up quite an amount of time - even for an experienced web developer.
