I am looking to lease about 24,000-35,00 square feet of manufacturing space in NH. Where would you guys start at trying to market it? Would you go to existing companies, perhaps those already leasing? Just go through a realtor? If so how much do realtors cost? It is hard to find the business that lacks a location, but thats my target group =/
