How many businesses can you have under a coporation?
I have a 2 internet businesses and i am starting a real estate flipping business. Can i have both under one corporation? If so can you give me an example corporation name in this type of situation?
You can, but the risk involved is that if one of the businesses fails, it will take the other ones with it. The reason for starting an incorporation is usually the ability to separate risks.
Do alot of homework. Read the book The Small Business Bible.
It hinges on your current tax bracket and tax laws of your state.
I would read up FIRST to get familar with the terminology and such THEN come back and get even more insight.
