If a significant portion of a business' income is from VAT-free sources, are there things that the company can be doing to help reduce its tax bill such as setting up an additional company overseas?

What are these VAT free sources? Are you supplying non VAT registered businesses, are they based outside of the UK?

Sorry but I'm not sure how to be more specific.

The VAT free sources of income are overseas clients.
