Got a tricky questions for y'all. If one uses their cheque guarentee card up to 5 times in a month, and they obviously have no money in the account, how will the retailer identify this user if he goes for more spending sprees...with still no money in his account?????
My guess is, the retailer can't find out or stop the user!!

The retailer can't find out. But the retailer doesn't losse out either, because the bank guarantees to pay the retailer up to the level specified on the cheque guarantee card.

I've never heard these terms... are these UK terms? Could you explain further?
