Customer Relations
The most valuable thing I will take away from my business venture is not money, but experience in dealing with people.
I handle design/printing on several products, which means getting hands-on with the customer to figure out what they want in their design. This had led to interesting experiences.
I had a woman recently who truly hounded me over a trivial issue. And another who is having issues about spending an extra $4.
I also had another customer who replied to me... 11 months after my last email. (Someone was lucky that I am paranoid about keeping files).
Anyone have good stories?
